Ann Woodland, MS

Ann Woodland, a Pennsylvania Licensed Psychologist, is a native of Scranton, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Springfield College with a Bachelors Degree in Health and Physical Education.  Ann taught and coached for several years in the Philadelphia suburbs.  She received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania in 1973 and was certified in Pennsylvania as a School Psychologist. Ann is a graduate of the Gestalt Training Institute of Philadelphia.  Ann provides Individual Psychotherapy utilizing Cognitive Behavioral and Gestalt therapeutic strategies.  

Tony Marinucci, MS

Tony Marinucci, M.S., is a Licensed Psychologist originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  He received his B.A. in Psychology from LaSalle University and earned his master’s degree in psychology from Millersville University in 1986. He spent a year working as a counselor in San Antonio, Texas, through the Jesuit Volunteer Corps and over the next 36 years continued to work as a therapist with the last 35 of those being in the Lancaster area.  He obtained his license in Psychology in 1993 and has directed a partial hospital program in addition to supervising an intensive outpatient program.  He currently focuses on providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples utilizing an eclectic approach with an emphasis on cognitive – behavioral and mindfulness strategies. 

Jennifer Downey, MS

Jennifer Downey, M.S., a Pennsylvania Licensed Psychologist has been treating adolescents, adults and their families at Psychological Associates for forty years.  She graduated from Susquehanna University with a B.A. in Psychology, and then Millersville University with her M.S. in Psychology.  After schooling, Jennifer worked in the areas of child welfare, juvenile justice, addiction treatment and mental health.  She has developed and directed two treatment programs; a group home for adolescent girls, and a day treatment center for women with eating disorders.  She has a special interest in treating clients with trauma and eating disorders.  She is a level II practitioner in Eye Movement Desensitization Response (EMDR), a therapeutic technique for treatment trauma. Jennifer believes that a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for healing.

Lauri King, MA, LPC, CADC

Lauri King is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been working in the drug and alcohol field since 2009 in various clinical, supervisory and administrative roles.  She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Albright College and a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Alvernia University.  Additionally, Lauri has maintained active status as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor through the PA Certification Board since 2014. She specializes in working with adults experiencing substance use and co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders as well as mood, anxiety, and adjustment disorders. Lauri provides person-centered therapy by collaborating with individuals on goals, relying primarily on a cognitive-behavioral approach to treatment. Lauri has an unwavering belief in the resilience of the human spirit and individuals’ capacity for personal growth when equipped with meaningful strategies for change.

Thomas Pallmeyer, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Pallmeyer brings breadth of experience as a therapist, educator and supervisor.  He conceptualizes cases primarily from a cognitive behavioral perspective, but utilizes techniques borrowed from other perspectives as well.  He is primarily interested in working with adults at this time in his career.  He has always been particularly interested in the age of emerging adulthood, and of men’s issues in general.  He is open to working with people with all mental health diagnosis.

Victoria Parker, Leisure MS, LPC, CADC

Victoria Parker Leisure is a Licensed Professional Counselor and held CADC Certification from 1990 to 2022.  She has been working as a substance abuse and mental health therapist since 1990.  She has been in private practice since 2004.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University. Her areas of expertise include: anxiety disorders, marriage counseling, adjustment disorders (particularly working with codependency and family illness), grief and loss, co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders, especially concentrating on mental health issues for individuals who have long term recovery from addiction.  She has extensive experience in the area of co-occurring disorders, providing both training and consultation, as well as serving on a variety of related professional and community committees. Her treatment approaches are eclectic and are always designed to meet the particular needs and preferences of the client.  Her primary therapeutic modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Process Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.  She has been certified in Hypnosis and Neurolinguistic Programming.  Other areas of interest and training include Neuroplasticity (how the brain responds and adapts to behaviors and stress) and alternative treatments (e.g. diet, exercise, mindfulness, spirituality, etc.)

Margarete Hahn
Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Advanced Alcohol/Drug Counselor


Margarete’s education includes a degree in Secondary Education from the University of Vienna, Austria, a BA in Social Work from Bloomsburg University and an MA in Social Work from Marywood University. Her goal in therapy is to build an honest, trusting relationship, creating a place of safety, where you can deal with challenges in the light of truth, honesty and reality.  She has a deep appreciation of diversity and an unwavering belief in the inherent value of every human being.  A journey toward healing, growth and change includes self-exploration, strength identification and supportive guidance. Margarete’s holistic approach, as an advocate and counselor in the past 10 years has helped people who experience depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues, trauma, grief/loss, and challenging life transitions.  She works very intuitively and connects with clients in a deep way to promote healing and growth.  She is experienced in working with individuals of multicultural backgrounds, diverse gender and sexual orientation as well as special needs. Through a blend of various therapeutic techniques, Margarete can accompany you on your journey to build coping skills and a strong sense of self.  Her therapeutic style is collaborative and encouraging.  It includes a strength-based approach along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt and other evidence-based approaches. Margarete believes that you are a team.  Your progress is her focus.  She can help you develop techniques to reduce stress, ease emotional pain, improve self-esteem, improve communication, and understand yourself better.

Susan Kiscadden
Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Susan graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and from Marywood University with a Master of Social Work degree. She has worked in various settings including private practice, hospitals, and child welfare and brings over 30 years’ experience helping individuals navigate and cope during periods of crisis and transition. She has a broad range of experience working with clients of diverse backgrounds and life situations and specializes in treating adjustment, anxiety, and depressive issues as well as difficulties with relationships, self-understanding, and finding meaning. She strives to create a client-centered safe space and utilizes strategies and interventions that resonate with each individual and make sense in the context of their own life. She looks forward to helping her clients become the best versions of themselves that they can be.

Ryne Druery,
MS, LPC, CAADC

Ryne Druery is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, specializing in helping adults navigate substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. He began practicing in 2015 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from East Tennessee State University and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University. He is also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor accredited by the PA Certification Board. Ryne’s approach to psychotherapy is integrative, drawing from diverse therapeutic perspectives while grounded in the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. He places a strong emphasis on a client-centered approach, ensuring that each individual receives tailored therapeutic methods that align with their specific needs and goals. This personalized approach not only fosters immediate healing but also aims for long-term recovery and overall well-being.

Lisa Kirsch,
Office Manager

Lisa is quite knowledgeable at working with the numerous insurance carriers with which we are currently contracted.  With her pleasant disposition she is ready to schedule our clients, advise them about their coverage and help them to better understand their referral to our office.

Kristina Wagner-Leakway,
Office Administrator

Kristina Wagner-Leakway earned her Associate in Specialized Business Degree, Medical Administrative Assistant/Clinical from Consolidated School of Business.  She handles scheduling, billing and troubleshoots any issues with insurance reimbursements.  Krissy is our insurance benefits go to and is happy to help our clients figure out their insurance benefits.
